Remember in Scale Racing this year there is no 4.5" Class. it has been replaced by 1/32nd C Can Eurosport. Rules posted here soon, but contact Steve Forsyth for info on the class. All classes run on Buena Parks Kingleman or Flat Track will be .032. Clearance for 1/32 C Can Eurosport will always be .032

2008 Wing Racing:
Race 1. January 5th @ B.P. *
Race 2. February 2nd @ B.P. *
Race 3. March 1st @ B.P. *
Race 4. Western States!!! April 4th – 6th @ B.P. **
Race 5. May 3rd @ Las Vegas *
Race 6. June 7th @ B.P. *
Race 7. July 5th @ B.P. *
August has no race due to the Nat’s
Race 8. September 6th @ Green Flag *
Race 9. Buena Park 500!!! October 3rd – 5th @ B.P. **
Race 10. November 1st @ B.P. *
* Doors open @ 7:00 am. Racing starts at 9:00, SG-12, Boxstock, Pro-OMO, Semi-Pro OMO, G-7
** Racing starts at 8:00 pm on Friday night with SG-12 followed by Boxstock. Saturday/Sunday the doors open @ 7:00 am. Saturdays racing will be Semi-Pro G-7 followed by Pro G-7. G-7 qualifying will consist of both Pro and Semi-Pro prior to the Semi-Pro race. C-12 & G-27 to follow if there are enough racers. Sundays racing will be Semi-Pro OMO followed by Pro-OMO.
Welcome to the all new SoCal USRA website, the Home of Slot Car Racing in Southern California. Our 2007 season is underway, so take some time and explore our home on the web. You can register with the site which will enable you to leave comments on comment enabled pages and posts on our site, and you will be added to our email list so you will receive updates and information automatically, delivered straight to your inbox.
This all new site is a work in progress, so please bear with us while we get everything functional. In time the site will be much more interactive than ever before as we implement all sorts of great and innovate features, a first in the SlotCar world.
Changing Your Login Password
When you register you will be sent a cryptic password by email, if you want to change that password to something else, log in then follow this link to your Dashboard, and there you will find a link to change your password and user profile.
Race Results:
You will find race results, tech sheets, race reports and photo galleries for past racing events, both Wing and Scale, back to 2000. Scroll through the main menu on the left to find these by year, in the Previous Years section.
New Galleries:
We have all new photo galleries for 2007, with many features including slideshows and enhanced picture viewing. We will be adding more pictures from the 2006 season, plus pictures from 2007 events as they occur. If you have any photos (from any year) of our racing that have not been published on the site please contact us so we can have you upload them. You can enter the new Gallery section directly by following this link, or in time gallery links will appear in race reports, results and postings as they are edited.
New Race Reports:
Instead of having race reports written as we have done in the past, this year we are going to let our registered members share their thoughts and view on the days racing. If you go to the race results page for each class you will be able to leave comments, and share your experiences. Through this we hope we will get a completely different type of race reports from what we have had in the past. Remember, before you can post, you will need to register.
COMING EVENTS
—— WING RACING - SCALE RACING ——
Wing and Scale racing has finished for the year. The only event left is the Annual Meeting and Lunch. This year it is being held at Buena Park Raceway, on Saturday December 8th, starting at 12:00 Noon. There will be the prizegiving, food and then there will be the annual SoCal Enduro on the Kingleman and Flat Track, and at the same time, the Annual one Motor Race on the King Track.
As in previous years, the enduro is for teams of 2 drivers, flexi car, handout motor, lmp body. No two experts may team up together.

SoCal USRA T-Shirts
We still have some of the now famous SoCal USRA T-Shirts for sale. These are a black t-shirt featuring the new SoCal USRA logo and cars on the back, while the new logo is featured on the front pocket.
