SoCal USRA Structure Notes
: The current committee structure needs some refining.
The overall SoCal USRA committee should be responsible
for the overall operation of SoCal USRA with regard
to financial matters and policy decisions, however all
other matters are clearly divided between Scale and
Wing and people from both divisions should have some
latitude in the divisional decisin making in rules,
race formats etc plus the actual operation of their
division. Protests would be referred to the divisional
rules committee.
