Note : as of 12/28/2003 this proposal is still under review. The Wing Committee has decided that due to the closeness of the vote and this being such a sensitive issue a re-vote will be held at the first Wing Race at Buena Park on Jan 10th. All those wishing to vote should either be there, or email Chris beforehand to make sure your thoughts on this subject are known. Votes will only be considered from people who are actually intending to run C12 as set out in the 2004 schedule. If you are not sure if you will run, please do not vote.

After being considered by the Committe a vote was taken of C12 racers at Buena Park at the first round and the proposal failed. C12 remains a glue race for 2004.
