SoCal USRA Structure
Notes : Currently there is no succession path for when the President of the organization retires. In the interests of continuity and smooth transition from old administration to new administration there should be a position created on the overall, scale and wing committees for the immediate past president. Should the immediate past president decline to take up the position on the committees the position would remain vacant.

End of year meeting
Note : Currently the end of year meeting location is found and organized by the president and committee. Both last year and this year suggestions were asked for a venue but nothing suitable was put forward, and as we know this is a good location it was decided to hold it here again. A rotating schedule may be difficult to work with, especially if local people do not get involved in the organization of the event.

B5. Hold the end of year meeting in an area of a different track on the circuit each year. (Will rotate until all tracks have had it in their area)

FAILED

Sprayglue 12
Note : There is a move by a number of wing racers to remove sprayglue 12 from the wing program and move it onto the same day as GT 12 if the scale series votes to go to a two day program. This will only happen if the vote by the scale racers to go to a two day program is successful. Should the scale series not vote to expand to two days sprayglue 12 may find itself without a home.

B6. If scale expands to two days move Sprayglue 12 onto the  same day as GT 12.
